Social Room, Fitness Center & Amenity Rules

General

All building amenities, inside and outside, are for the exclusive use of:

1. Belize owners and their family in residence.
2. Guests of Belize owners, when the owner is present.
3. Renters that have been approved by the Board of Directors as provided above.
4. Guests who are in residence when the owner is not residing in the building.

Under no circumstances may a guest utilize the building amenities without the owner present when the owner is in residence.

Fitness Center

1. Please read and follow all operating instructions thoroughly before using any equipment.
2. Athletic shoes must be worn at all times.
3. No swimwear permitted in health club. (Proper attire only, i.e. shirts required).
4. If someone is waiting to use an aerobic machine, the current user should not exceed 30 minutes on a specific piece of equipment.
5. No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the fitness room
6. Please consult your doctor before engaging in any exercise program.

Sauna & Steam Rooms

1. The sauna and steam room are restricted to adults only. Use at own risk. Check with your medical doctor before using.
2. No food is permitted in these rooms.
3. Lockers are not assigned. They are to be used while using sauna, steam and exercise room only.
