No radios, tape decks, C/D's without earphones.
No diapers in the pool. Children not toilet trained must wear approved waterproof pants over diapers. Disposable diapers are not allowed.
No floating devices in pool. No rafts, beach balls, surfboards or similar beach equipment are permitted in pool or pool area. "Noodle" type floats are permitted.
No reserved seating areas. Lounge chairs may not be reserved by placing towels and belongings on them. Belongings left on chairs, if you are not there, will be removed after 20 minutes.
Due to an immature regulatory system, children under the age of 12 are in danger of fainting or drowning in Jacuzzi. It is recommended that children under 12 should not be permitted in the Jacuzzi.
Children under 12 may not swim or use the pool areas unless accompanied by an adult. From Dusk to Dawn, no one under 18 may use the pool unless accompanied by an adult. Anyone using the pool between dusk and dawn must do so quietly so as not to disturb units over the pool. Anyone who violates this noise provision will be asked to leave the pool by security.
Cover-ups and footwear are required in all common areas. Bathing attire is not allowed in Social Room, Billiard Room, or Lobby. A towel does not constitute a cover-up.
Cover-ups and footwear are required in the building and elevators at all times. (A towel does not constitute a cover-up). Sand should be removed from shoes and beach apparel before entering the building.
For Safety and Insurance Reasons - Dry off thoroughly before entering the building and elevators. Wet floors can cause accidents.
Suntan lotion and sand must be removed before entering pool. Use the shower provided at corner of pool.
Cover lounge chairs with a towel if using suntan lotion.
Lounges or chairs are not to be removed from pool deck. Do not drag chairs across pool deck. Lounges and chairs may be re-arranged; however, please put them back in their original location when you are through using them, and do not obstruct walkways.
Running, horseplay, climbing, ball, Frisbee playing, or other noisy activities are not permitted in or near pool area. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children.
Cut-offs are not allowed - bathing suits only.
GLASSWARE IS NOT PERMITTED IN OR NEAR THE POOL AREA, ONLY PLASTIC CONTAINERS (STATE LAW). THE REASON FOR THIS IS THAT IF SOMEONE BREAKS A GLASS THE POOL MUST BE DRAINED, CLEANED AND RE-FILLED, A PROCESS THAT TAKES THREE DAYS AND THE RESPONSIBLE OWNER WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF SAME.
Pets are not permitted in pool area, even if carried.
Shower before entering the pool.
Barbecue grills: Use of Barbecue grills is first come, first serve. You are required to clean it after each use.
